General

1. A 50% of all daily rates is payable upon confirming of booking
2. The balance, including trophy fees and other expenses incurred is payable before departure
3. Deposit will not be refunded if safaris is cancelled 90 days or less prior to commencement of hunt
4. If the hunt is cancelled at any other time before 90 days, the hunter will lose a 10% handling fee of the deposit
5. All daily rates and safari rates are quoted in US Dollars
6. Payment Methods:  Cash (US Dollars or RSA Rand), Credit Card or via internet.
7. Paperwork for firearms is available on website
8. No excessive use of alcohol is allowed during a hunt
9. The PH in charge of the hunt will be forced to CANCEL the hunt, if the client is using alcohol in excess during a hunt, and when he is failing to comply with the responsible hunting ethics

Tariffs Include

1. Accomidation, including full board
2. Liquor and beverages served in camp (Beer & Soda)
3. Laundry
4. Full time service of an experienced professional hunter, trained staff, tracker and skinners
5. Field preperation of trophies
6. All transport within the hhunting areas
7. All hunting licenses
8. Pick up and drop off to and from Bloemfontein Domestic Airport, which is the closest airport to the hunting area

Tariffs Exclude

1. International and domestic flights
2. Travelling days (are considered non hunting days at $250 per person per day)
3. Pick up and drop off to and from OR Thambo International Airport (Johannesburg), which is considered as travelling days
4. Trophy rates on animals shot or wounded must be paid in full
5. Rifle hire (firearms may be rented at $65 per day) amunition is available at cost\
6. All rifle permits.  We recommend www.riflepermits.com to handle your permits effortlessly
7. Dipping, packing, taxidermy and shipping
8. Tips to staff
9. All other liquors (Wine, whiskey, brandy, rum, tequila, etc.)

Liability

Any safari activity is potentially hazardous and it is essential that all lawful direction and advice of the Safari operator be followed.  Amanzi Safaris accepts no responsibility for death, injury or illness sustained or suffered by any persons loss, theft, of damage to property occuring during a visit to areas or from the use of anu facility supplied or made available by us.  Some hospitalization plans do not cover patients om a foreign country
